How long does a typical engagement take?

It depends on the client's needs. The discovery call is the right place to define what support you need and how long that's likely to take.

Do you work with small businesses and non-profits, or only corporate teams?

Both. A lot of my current work is with small teams, which is where AI can make the biggest relative difference.

What AI tools do you work with?

Whatever your team already uses, or should. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, and the full range of workflow automation tools. I don't sell tools. I build systems using the ones that fit your environment.

What happens on the discovery call?

A conversation, not a pitch. I want to understand what your team does, where the time is going, and whether I can actually help. If I can't, I'll tell you.
